Our History
LIHPA was founded with the purpose of uniting and strengthening
Hispanic pastors and leaders in Long Island by providing a space for fellowship,
support, and ministerial growth. Over the years, we have witnessed the
transformative impact of a community united in faith and service. From our early
meetings to our current expansion, we have worked to be a source of
encouragement and direction for those called to ministry.
Our Vision
To be a network of Hispanic Christian pastors and leaders that fosters
unity, spiritual growth, and the expansion of the gospel in Long Island and beyond.
We want every leader to find in LIHPA a place of training and support where their
ministerial calling can flourish.
Our Mission
To provide support, training, and networking opportunities for
Hispanic pastors and leaders, promoting the strengthening of their ministries and
their positive influence in communities. LIHPA is more than an organization—it is a
movement that seeks to see vibrant, committed churches filled with the Holy
Spirit.
